Is the twister hammerhammer head two seater a good kart? Do the welds hold good or is it just a waste of money?

Depends on what you want it for. The welds should hold fine but the twisters don't have much power. The Dazon has a great design and they are just faster and provide more torque for climbing. I know they are both 150s but the engines are different. Plus the Dazon looks more like a sand rail then a go cart!

If you just want to putt around and saving a few dollars is important then go for the twister. If you are looking for any kind of performance go for the Raider!

We were riding mostly quads and now I have two Raiders for the family. One is an upgraded single seater for performance and one is a stock two seater for the wifey.

Don't buy the Twister. Mine was doggy from the get go. The dealer gave me no help and now we are fighting for a refund. I saw a Dazon Raider yeaterday, that's why I am here researching, and it was WAYYYYYY better. The kid driving it said he loved it. It looks to be a better design in many ways!

Are people comparing the Twister Hammerhead 2 seater to the Dazon 2 seater?

Obviously, a 2 seater should be slower than a similar 1 seater because of the extra weight.  Just making sure people are comparing similar models (1 seater vs. 1 seater or 2 seater vs. 2 seater).

Just wondering how the Dazon's are so much faster and more powerful (better climbers) when the engines are so similar.  Wouldn't surprise me if the engines were made in the same Chinese factory.

Now if people are comparing a 1 seater Dazon to a 2 seater Twister Hammerhead, then that would not be a good comparison.
