I want to buy one of these Karts but I am so confused. I was in Sams one day and saw a Kart there and said to myself that looks like fun. It was a Yerfdog. So, I did some looking on the net and found alot of other brands of thes Karts. I didn't know there were so many. I found Yerfdogs, Mancos, Kpx, Twisters, Dazons, Kaseas, Peirspeeds, Carters, Drakarts, Blades, Joyners and places that sell bigger custom made Karts, but they are real expensive. So, I figured I would find a forum about these Karts and see what you guys think. What are your opinions of these different Karts?
I had a yerf dog and it sucked. It broke several times before I dumped it. I bought a Dazon off here and it has lived up to my expectations. Really fun and there has not been one single proble for six months now. From what I read most of these are built in ther same region of China and have the exact same compnents except the engines and some components differ. I researched for days before making my choice and most everything I found pointed to the success of the Dazon brand. Good customer support, plenty of parts if I needed them, and the frame set up just looks better then any other although they are very simular. Make sure you get a double chian setup, dual master cylinders (not plastic) and the strong drive belt like the one Dazon provides. Those have seemed to be the week points. I got mine from www.sandhighway.com
let me know if you have another question. I run mine each weekend and I have learned alot about these karts.
I did quite a bit of research and found that most of these karts are about the same except the Yerf Dog and Manco are inferior. I went with the Dazon because it looked a little tougher then the others and had a few better things like the double chain and sprocket. Also they have bigger front tires I think.
my dazon sucks first i brock a brake line then the reverse gear and handbrake were stuffed. then we had to put a new exhaust on to make it go the speed it suppost to then the back frame has bent completly and the holding rack has almost be chooped off from doing wat its supposed to do
