Dude these are sick. Assembly took a while but I am no mechanic. Now that it is rolling I am stoked. I bought it sight unseen off the net. There is a Tj motorsports dealer here in LA and I almost bought one of those Hammerhead Twisters before I saw the Dazon 175 but this looks way better. The pics on the dazon site and Sand Highway seem to be a 2003 or 2004 model cuase mine has more stuff and a different design in many ways. I will post again after a few test runs hopefully with some pics.
Yes the pics everywhere are not the 2005 models of the Raider MAX 175. There will be some up by the end of next week. Quite a few upgrades on this model. Stay tunes!
I just purchased 2 175CC water cooled dazons a one seater and a two seater, first day out they both overheated, I could only ride them a few minutes before letting them cool down start solenoid shorted on single Kart,speedometers do not work on either one. wires were loose on both karts . I know these are new 2005 karts but there has to be a fix or Dazon will be replacing a lot of Motors. Hasbanyone tried to get parts from dazon.
Mine was heating up. I drained the coolant refilled and all was good. Make sure you have the right mixture I guess. I used the premixed coolant. Also got a little faster after break in of about five hours and seems to run much cooler. Since then everything is awsome. Kart is super fun.
